Return Policy: You can return a piece within five days of purchase for any reason as long as the piece is in the same condition as it was at time of purchase.
Workmanship Issues: If there are any issues due to the workmanship, the piece can be returned for repair at any time. Just give me a call so that I am aware of the problem and send it to me. I will repair the issue and return to you within two weeks from the time I receive it.
Gemstones and Harsh Chemicals: I use only natural stones. Care should be taken when using harsh chemicals. Do not wear your rings or bracelest while using harsh chemicals (i.e. Bleach, Cleanser, etc.) Do not wear jewelry with stones in the shower. Some stones are more porous and can be discolored or damaged.
Delays: Every effort will be made to send your order within a timely manner. However, I'm just like you, I like to go out of town too, so there may be times there are delays. I will communicate any delays with you and try to get your order out as soon as I can.
Cleaning: Filigree pieces should be cleaned with a soft brass brush and dish washing liquid. Simply apply some soap on the piece and scrub it with the brass brush. Do this to both sides of it and dry with paper towel. Note: Do not scrub any stones with the brass brush. Put your thumb or finger over the stone and scrub around it when cleaning.
Storing: When you are not wearing your special jewelry, you should keep it in a small plastic ziplock baggie. By doing this you are keeping moisture from getting to it and slowing the tarnishing process.
