This piece is entire handmade right down to the chain and clasp. The top piece is Abalone Shell set in a sterling silver prong settling. Below a lovely 40x58mm piece of shell is centered between two Cloisonne' Enameled pieces of fine silver. A 10mm Blue Topaz is set on the enameling in a fine silver bezel. An 18 inch handmade chain pulls it all together.
